You spawn in a forest, but head south and you’ll reach a swamp with the witch hut waiting at coordinates 63, 64, 224. There’s a witch and black cat inside. The swamp also has some temperate frogs hanging around.
If you go north instead, you’ll find Windswept Hills and Windswept Gravelly Hills with a large cavern system to explore at 66, 88, -121.

Same great seed as 1.19 for the most part. You spawn in a forest, and the witch hut is in the swamp to the south at coordinates 63, 64, 224. You’ll find the witch and black cat inside, just like the 1.19 version.
The Windswept Hills are to the north if you want to do some caving at 66, 88, -121.
Witch Hut Seeds for Java Edition 1.16

Spawn location: Next to swamp biome
You start right by a swamp, which is convenient. Head north and you’ll pass a donkey, then spot a plains village you can explore. Keep going north past the village and you’ll find the witch hut at coordinates 55, 65, 67 with a witch and black cat inside.
If you’re into slime hunting, wait for night and farm the swamp biome. Slimes spawn pretty commonly in swamps after dark.
