Filing a Takedown Notice
Send an email to contact@1minecraft.net with the subject “DMCA Takedown” including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on 1minecraft.net where the allegedly infringing material is located;
- Your full name, email address and (optionally) postal address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review valid notices promptly — typically within 72 hours — and remove or disable access to the identified material. We may notify the uploader and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice as permitted by law.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name and contact details, and your signature.
Author Requests
If you are the original author of a file we host and simply want it removed, updated to a newer version, or credited/linked differently, no formal DMCA notice is needed — just email us and we will handle it.
