About Wii U Mario Mashup Resource Pack
The Wii U Mario Mashup pack was originally a free DLC for Wii U Edition. This resource pack ports that content to Java Edition, giving you Mario textures for blocks, items, and NPCs. The creator spent 2 days porting over all the blocks, most of the items, and all the NPC textures. A few items still use default textures since they weren’t available in the Wii U version, but overall it’s a solid Mario-themed pack.
What’s Included
This pack has textures for:
- All major Minecraft blocks with Mario theming
- NPC characters from the Mario series
- Most item textures (a few use defaults)
Installation Instructions
- Download the resource pack from the link below
- Open Minecraft and go to Options > Resource Packs
- Click “Open Pack Folder”
- Drag the zip file into the folder
- Select the pack from the list and you’re done
Compatibility & Requirements
This pack works with Minecraft Java Edition 1.9 and later. It’s fully compatible with OptiFine if you want to enable connected textures or other visual enhancements. Since it’s a client-side resource pack, you can use it on any multiplayer server.
