What is SteveKunG's Lib?

It's a utility library that contains shared code and tools for all of SteveKunG's mods. Think of it as a dependency that those mods need to run. If you're using any of SteveKunG's mods, you need this library installed.

Do I need this if I'm not using SteveKunG's mods?

No. SteveKunG's Lib is only useful if you're actually running one of SteveKunG's mods. On its own, it doesn't add anything to the game.
