SlothBuddy’s Terrors Addon (1.20)

SlothBuddy’s Terrors Addon brings horror movie villains and creatures to Minecraft Bedrock. This addon adds characters from your favorite horror franchises, creepypastas, and more. Fair warning: this is a beta release, so expect some rough edges. The creator plans to keep adding content like new mobs, items, and structures.

Main Features

Hawkins Lab Structure

A rare structure that spawns in various biomes. Inside you’ll find loot, building blocks, and something else waiting for you. Keep in mind that Bedrock’s world generation can be finicky, so you might see lag or the structure could load right on top of you. Run around nearby chunks to load things properly if needed.

The Demogorgon

Watch the Demogorgon evolve through its life cycle. It starts as a slug hatching from an egg found in Hawkins Lab. The slug transforms through stages: Demowog, Demofrog, Democat, and finally Demodog before reaching its fully grown form.

• Demoslug: The initial stage. Small enough to pick up.
• Demowog: Can be tamed with raw meat and will pick up eventually.
• Demofrog: Grows hind legs. Also tameable with raw meat.
• Democat: This is where it gets scary. The iconic petal mouth develops here. It becomes aggressive toward small animals. Tameable with raw meat before it transforms.
• Demodog: Becomes more humanoid and turns hostile toward players. If you tamed it as a Democat, it stays tamed even after transforming.
• Full Demogorgon: A powerful monster that crawls in tight spaces, climbs walls, breaks through certain blocks, and can grab players for gruesome finishing moves. Watch out for its portal abilities too.

Slenderman

A creepypasta classic. Find Slenderman’s structure in Taiga Forest biomes. Collect pages and he’ll hunt you down in survival mode. There are eight page variants to find. You can spawn him in creative mode without consequences.

Xenomorph Alien

Another complex life cycle. It starts as an Ovomorph egg. Get too close and a Facehugger jumps out to latch onto you. Once it latches on, you’re in for a bad time. The Xenomorph gestates inside you before the Chestburster tears free and kills you in the process.

Adult Xenomorphs are dangerous. They have acidic blood that vaporizes blocks and damages mobs. They can crawl through small spaces, climb walls, grab players for finishing moves, and establish hive locations. Find them in rare Desert biome structures.

The Mind Flayer

This creature is currently only available in creative mode for those who want to check it out.

Custom Blocks and Items

The addon includes decorative blocks and functional ones. You can sit in chairs and use PCs. Custom items include a baseball bat with nails and a hazmat suit (hazmat doesn’t protect you yet). Most blocks have crafting recipes.

Installation Requirements

• Turn on Experimental Gameplay before using this addon
• Download the .mcpack file and tap to import into Minecraft
• Activate it in your world settings
