What is Rising Flood?
Rising Flood is a multiplayer minigame map created by TheSwagUnicorn. The concept is dead simple: survive while water rises. You start with other players on flat land, and the flood keeps climbing. Your job is to loot, mine, craft, and build higher than everyone else. Last person standing wins.
How the Game Works
You get 5 minutes before the water starts rising. Use this time to:
- Mine for ores and crafting materials
- Explore three unique underground rooms filled with loot
- Gather slow pearls, golden apples, and other useful items
- Craft armor, tools, and weapons
Once the flood begins, water rises constantly. Keep building upwards or you’re done for. Touch the water and you’re eliminated. It’s about gathering resources fast, building smart, and surviving longer than your competition.
Underground Loot Rooms
Three special rooms are buried underground with different resources:
- Creeper Cave – standard loot and supplies
- Iron Mine – ore focused room for metal tools
- Diamond Ore Vein – rare materials and valuables
Installation Guide
Getting Rising Flood running is straightforward:
- Download the map file below
- Extract the folder if it’s zipped
- Find your .minecraft folder
- Paste the map folder into .minecraft/saves
- Launch Minecraft 1.15.2 and load the world

Requirements & Settings
- Minecraft version 1.15.2 only. Other versions may not work properly.
- Set render distance to 12 or higher for best performance.
- Works on single player or multiplayer servers.
