Post Greyxed is a post-apocalyptic texture pack that started back in 2015 for a custom map project. The project was never finished, but the creators released all the assets publicly anyway. Despite being unfinished, they created a seriously good pack with a cohesive apocalyptic theme. Everything from rusty textures to the toxic color palette works together to give your world that authentic “end of civilization” feel. It’s one of the best themed resource packs if you’re into that aesthetic.
What’s Included
Rusty, Decayed Textures
Every texture in this pack looks weathered and abandoned. Metals are oxidized, wood is rotting, and stone looks like it’s been left to decay for years. The rust and corrosion is consistent throughout, making your world feel genuinely post-apocalyptic.
Toxic Color Palette
The colors are muted and desaturated with sickly greens and grays that feel eerie and wrong. It creates this toxic, abandoned atmosphere that just fits the theme perfectly. Forget bright and colorful Minecraft, this is gritty and bleak.
OptiFine Enhanced
The pack is designed to work with OptiFine and makes full use of its features. Connected textures and other OptiFine effects look great with this pack.
What You Need
Optifine is required for this pack.
