Ore Sheep Mod
Ore Sheep Mod is a simple but clever mod that turns regular sheep into ore-harvesting machines. Instead of growing wool, these sheep grow blocks of diamond, gold, emerald, and other ores. You can breed them, feed them specific blocks to change what they produce, then shear them with a pickaxe to collect the goods.
Features
Ore-eating sheep: These sheep are trained to eat stone instead of grass. Right-click them with a pickaxe to harvest whatever ore they’re currently growing.
Customizable ore production: When a sheep eats an ore block, it starts growing that ore. Feed them different ores to get different outputs. In creative mode, you can force them to grow specific ores by right-clicking with that ore.
Wide variety of blocks: The sheep will eat stone, cobblestone, gravel, stone stairs, stone slabs, buttons, pressure plates, walls, mossy cobblestone, netherrack, and all standard Minecraft ores.
Breeding and farming: Breed your ore sheep to expand your farm. Weakening them first with splash potions of weakness makes them more willing to eat, then feed them diamonds to complete the conversion.
How to Use
Find or craft ore sheep in your world. Hit them with a splash potion of weakness to weaken them, then feed them diamonds. Once converted, they’ll stop eating grass and start eating stone blocks and ores instead. When they’ve eaten an ore block, right-click them with a pickaxe to harvest the ore they’ve grown. Want to change what ore they produce? Feed them a different ore block and they’ll switch over.
Requirements
This mod requires Minecraft Forge. Make sure you’ve installed Forge for your Minecraft version before installing this mod.
Installation
1. Install Minecraft Forge for your version.
2. Download the mod file for your Minecraft version (see links below).
3. Place the .jar file into your .minecraft/mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile.

Compatibility
