What is the Naturally Spawning Zombie Horses Mod?

By default, zombie horses never naturally spawn in vanilla Minecraft. This mod changes that by adding a 1 in 100 chance for any naturally spawning horse to become a zombie horse instead. So whenever you see a group of horses roaming around, there’s a small chance one of them will be undead.
