Mowzie’s Mobs Addon brings the beloved Mowzie’s Mobs mod to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Originally created by Bob Mowzie for Java, this Bedrock version adds six unique creatures with custom AI, environmental design, and animations that feel like they actually belong in their biomes.
Creatures in the Addon
Frostmaw
A powerful creature that sleeps in snowy peaks and cold biomes. It looks harmless at rest, but wake it up by destroying its crystal and you’ve got a real problem. This beast hits hard and uses frost magic to lock you in place. Leave it alone and you’re fine. Mess with it and you’re done.
Ferrous Wroughtnaut
An underground guardian protecting forgotten dungeons. It wields a massive axe and swings with devastating force. Every hit sends you flying backward. Find and exploit its weakness to take it down. When you defeat it, you get its unbreakable axe and helmet. The axe has special attacks. Right-click for horizontal swings, Shift+Right-click for vertical strikes. On mobile, hold the screen to trigger these attacks.
Grottol
Crystal-shelled crustaceans living deep underground. They’re fast, they climb like spiders, and they’re called “Living Ores” because they drop valuable resources. You need at least an iron pickaxe to break their diamond shell. They’ll bolt the second they spot you, so be quick.
Foliaath
Plant monsters that start out looking like regular jungle ferns. They hide until you get close, then they attack. Don’t try melee combat with these. Use ranged weapons instead. When you kill one, it drops Foliaath seeds. Plant them and feed the babies meat every half day for two days to grow them. Fair warning: even after raising one, it’ll still attack you on sight.
Naga
Winged serpents that soar above hills with deadly acid poison. These flying creatures charge up attacks that hit hard. When you see a Naga preparing an attack, hit it with a projectile to knock it out of the sky. Once it’s grounded, finish it off. Their fangs drop when they die and can be used to craft poison daggers or antidotes.
Barako, The Sun Chief
The leader of the Barakoa tribe, sitting on his throne in their village. He blasts intruders with solar rays powered by the sun itself and summons his tribe members to fight alongside him. Defeat him and take his Sol Visage mask. Wear it to summon Barakoa allies. You won’t inherit his sun powers though, those die with him.
Installation

Compatibility
Mowzie’s Mobs Addon works on all Bedrock platforms including Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, Android, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. Requires Minecraft Bedrock 1.19 or a compatible version.
