Does Mo' Shiz Mod work with Fabric?

No, Mo' Shiz requires Minecraft Forge. There is no Fabric version of this mod.

What do the 39 new ores actually do?

Each ore ties into the mod's tool and armor sets. Mining them gives you materials to craft from the 41 tool sets and 36 armor sets the mod adds.

What is ore/gem bread and how does it work?

The mod adds 3 types of special bread crafted with ore or gem materials. Eating them gives you temporary potion effects, similar to how golden apples work in vanilla.

Will this mod slow down my game with all the new blocks?

It adds a lot of content, so some performance impact is expected, especially in world generation with 39 new ores spawning. On a decent PC it should run fine, but older hardware might notice it.

What's the Iron Furnace and does the bug affect gameplay?

The Iron Furnace is a new smelting block added by the mod. The fire icon has a minor visual glitch but it still works correctly for smelting. It's cosmetic only.
