What is MixinBootstrap?
MixinBootstrap is a small utility mod that helps load Mixin-based mods in a Forge environment. If you’re running multiple mods that depend on Mixin, this loader makes them play nice together instead of causing crashes.

Check the mod list above to see if your mods need this. If they do, just drop it in your mods folder.
Installation
Step 1: Make sure you have Minecraft Forge installed for your version.
Step 2: Download the mod file below.
Step 3: Place the downloaded JAR file in your .minecraft/mods folder.
Step 4: Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile.
