MaLiLib is a shared code library that masa’s client-side mods depend on. If you want to run Litematica, MiniHUD, or any of masa’s other mods, this needs to be in your mods folder. It handles things like keybind logic and config GUIs that would otherwise be copy-pasted into every individual mod.
What It Does
On its own, MaLiLib adds nothing to your game. No items, no features, nothing visible. It’s purely there to support masa’s mods. Think of it as a shared toolkit those mods pull from at runtime.
What’s Included
- Multi-key keybind support used across masa’s mod lineup
- Shared configuration GUI code so every masa mod has a consistent settings screen
- Common utilities that used to be duplicated in each mod separately, now kept in one place
Requirements
LiteLoader (For Minecraft 1.12.2)
Rift Mod Loader (For Minecraft 1.13.2)
Fabric Modloader & Fabric API (For Minecraft 1.14 and above)
Quilt Loader (also supported)
How to Install MaLiLib
- Install the right mod loader for your version. For 1.14 and newer that’s Fabric. For 1.12.2, use LiteLoader.
- Download the MaLiLib version that matches your Minecraft version from the links below.
- Place the downloaded .jar file into your
.minecraft/modsfolder. - Launch Minecraft and check that it shows up in your mod list before loading any masa mods on top of it.
