Just A Raft Mod adds simple, craftable rafts to Minecraft. Need a floating base for survival mode? Want to explore the ocean with friends? Craft a raft from three logs and some string, hop on, and float away. There are six types of rafts, one for each wood type so you can match your builds.
What’s Included
Six Wood Type Rafts
Oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, and dark oak. Each one floats the same way but looks different, so pick one that fits your base aesthetic.
Simple Crafting
Need a raft? Grab three logs and a bit of string. Throw them in a crafting grid and you’re done. No weird ore, no rare drops. Just basic survival materials.
How to Install
This mod needs Minecraft Forge to run. Here’s the quick version:
- Download the mod file for your Minecraft version (see below)
- Open your .minecraft folder and go to the mods subfolder (create it if it doesn’t exist)
- Drop the downloaded .jar file in there
- Launch Minecraft with Forge and load up a world
