What does the Itemducts Addon actually do?

It adds three new blocks: itemducts (pipes), item extraction nodes, and filtered containers. Together they let you move items between chests automatically, in any direction, without building long hopper chains.

Why isn't the addon working after I installed it?

Most likely Experimental Gameplay is not turned on. Go to your world settings, find the Experiments tab, and enable it. The addon won't function without it.

Can I control which items go to which chest?

Yes. Use a Filtered Container and put the item you want to accept in the filter slot. It will only take in items that match, so you can sort different items into different chests.

Can I stop item extraction with redstone?

Yes. The Item Extraction Node stops pulling items when it receives a redstone signal. You can use this to pause transport lines or build automated sorting triggers.

I lost the tutorial book. Can I get another one?

Yes, the tutorial book is craftable. The recipe is not given here, but you can find it by checking the addon's crafting recipes in-game or looking it up in the tutorial book if you still have one in another world.

Itemducts Addon for Minecraft 1.21 / 1.20 (Bedrock/MCPE)

Itemducts is an addon that gives Bedrock a proper item transport system. Instead of daisy-chaining hoppers everywhere, you place itemduct pipes and extraction nodes to move stuff between containers in any direction. It’s not flashy, but if you’ve ever wanted Create-style logistics on MCPE, this gets the job done.

What’s Included

When you first spawn with the addon active, you’ll receive a tutorial book that covers everything. If you lose it, you can craft another one.

Itemduct

The basic pipe block. Connects containers and carries items between them. Place these between your extraction node and the chest you want items delivered to.

Item Extraction Node

Attaches to a container and pulls items out, feeding them into connected itemducts. It stops extracting when it gets a redstone signal, which means you can pause or gate your transport lines with basic redstone.

Filtered Container

A container with two slots: a filter slot and an item slot. It only accepts items that match the filter, so you can sort specific items into specific chests. Hoppers and extraction nodes can both pull from the item slot.

Before You Install

This addon requires Experimental Gameplay to be turned on in your world settings. Without it, the blocks won’t work.

How to Install

Download the .mcaddon file for your version using the links below.
Tap the file (on mobile) or double-click it (on PC) to import it into Minecraft.
Open Minecraft and go to your world settings, then select Add-Ons.
Enable the addon under Behavior Packs.
Go to the Experiments tab and turn on Experimental Gameplay.
Start the world and check your inventory for the tutorial book.
