Gods Sacred Items adds some seriously overpowered gear to Minecraft 1.7.10. You get new armor sets with special effects, powerful weapons with unique abilities, and tons of crafting materials. Everything hits different from regular enchanted stuff. The weapons have attack bonuses, the armor gives potion effects, and when you combine them you unlock even better perks.

This mod is perfect if you want to do PvP with friends or just have godly gear for single-player. The items look cool and actually change how you play. Some armor makes you faster, some lets you survive damage, and the weapons have special abilities you trigger with right-click.

Thunder Armor and Hammer

Thunder Armor is made from Lapis and Storm Shards. Wear all 4 pieces and you get Fire Resistance, Speed I, and Strength I when it rains.

Thunder Hammer is the weapon that goes with it. It hits for +8.5 damage and has these effects:

• Snare: Slows enemies for 3 seconds on hit
• Indefatigable: Gain hunger back when you kill stuff (100% on kill for 1/2 hunger, 25% on hit)
• Hardened: No durability loss when hitting mobs
• Hurricane: Your right-click ability summons a lightning bolt. The bonus? If you’re wearing the full Thunder set, lightning won’t hurt you

Holding the hammer with full armor gets you Strength I normally, or Strength II when it’s raining.

Reaper Armor and Scythe

Reaper Armor is made from Bones and Blood Shards. Full set gives you Night Vision, Water Breathing, Speed I at night, and Slowness II during the day (so be careful raiding at noon).

Reaper Scythe is the damage dealer here with +4.5 attack bonus and these effects:

• Decay: Poisons enemies with Wither II for 4 seconds
• Reaping: Heal yourself on kills (1 heart on kill, 1/2 heart on hit)
• Hardened: Same durability protection as the hammer
• Crucible: Gets stronger the more you use it, gaining +0.5 damage per 75 kills
• Step Through the Void: Right-click to teleport. Watch out though, using it too much has consequences. It changes blocks around you (grass becomes dirt, logs turn to stone, plants die, fire appears at corners)

With full Reaper armor, you get Fire Resistance as a bonus while holding the scythe.

Other Armor Sets

Bone Armor is basic tier, gives Night Vision when you wear all 4 pieces.

Lapis Armor gives Speed I as the set bonus.

Emerald Armor is the best of the basic sets and grants Haste I.

How to Install

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge for your version
2. Download the mod file
3. Go to your .minecraft/mods folder (create it if it doesn’t exist)
4. Drop the mod jar file in there
5. Launch Minecraft and play

For crafting recipes, install Just Enough Items (Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (Fabric) to see all the recipes this mod adds.

Version Compatibility

This mod is made for Forge on Minecraft 1.7.2 and 1.7.10. Check which version you’re running before downloading.
