The Explosive Blocks Addon lets you create all kinds of hidden trap blocks to mess with your friends. Plant disguised explosive blocks that look like normal grass, dirt, or stone, and watch them panic when everything goes boom. You also get reinforced chests and padlocks to keep your own stuff safe from explosions.
Features
This addon adds over a dozen different mine types you can craft and hide. Each one disguises itself as a normal block, so your friends will have no idea what they’re walking into. You can trigger them by stepping on them, breaking them, or hitting them with projectiles depending on the type.
To use this addon, turn on “Holiday Creator Features” in your world settings before loading it up.
Mine Types
Grass Mine – Looks like regular grass. Triggered by stepping, breaking, or projectiles from above.
Dirt Mine – Perfectly blends in with normal dirt. Same triggers as grass mine. Watch where you step.
Sand Mine – Hides in plain sight as regular sand. Triggered by stepping, breaking, or hits from arrows and tridents.
Stone Mine – Disguised as normal stone. Same trigger options as the grass mine.
Cobblestone Mine – Looks like regular cobblestone. Triggered by stepping, breaking, or projectile hits.
Furnace Mine – The sneaky one. Looks like a normal furnace so your friends might think you built a new smelter. Explodes when you interact with it or step on it.
Poppy Mine – Hidden as a red poppy flower. Goes off if you step on it, break it, shoot it with projectiles, or if any mob or item falls on it. The collision box is tiny so it won’t give it away.
Diamond Ore Mine – Disguised as diamond ore. Only explodes if you break it.
Deepslate Mine – Hides as deepslate. Triggered by stepping, breaking, or projectiles.
Deepslate Diamond Ore Mine – Looks like deepslate diamond ore. Only explodes when broken.
Cake Mine – A cake that’s definitely not for eating.
Protection
Reinforced Chest – Keep your valuables safe from furnace mine explosions. You can lock it with a padlock so only you can access it. Remember to take everything out before you break it, or you’ll lose the items inside.
Padlock – Locks your reinforced chests so nobody else can open them.
