Dogs Plus brings 23 unique dog breeds to Minecraft Bedrock. Want fluffy companions? Got them. Need tiny lap dogs? They’re there. Looking for massive guard dogs? Yep. Tame them with bones just like regular wolves, and they’ll follow you around, help in fights, and give you that perfect animal buddy experience.
Dog Breeds
The addon has 23 different dog breeds split into three size categories. Each one looks unique and behaves a little differently. Small dogs run faster and have higher-pitched barks. Large dogs move slower but feel more imposing. Medium dogs balance both sides.
Large Dogs
The big fellas with deeper barks. They’re rarer in the wild, so finding one feels like an actual achievement.

How Dogs Work
Taming
Use bones on any dog, same as regular wolves. Once tamed, they follow you and help fight mobs.
Breeding
Feed your tamed dogs raw meat or cooked meat to heal them and breed more dogs. Pretty straightforward.
What They Want
Dogs love meat. Hold raw meat or cooked meat in your hand and they’ll follow you. That’s how you lead them where you want to go.
Where They Spawn
You’ll find them naturally spawning in grassy biomes. Larger and rarer breeds show up less often than common ones.
Installation
Download the .mcpack or .mcaddon file, tap it to import into Minecraft, then enable it in your world settings.
