How do I build a cannon?

Can I create custom cannon designs?

Does this work with Movecraft ships?

Yes, if your cannons have sign tags. The plugin detects the tags and lets Movecraft move your cannons along with ships. iSails and other ship plugins can also use the API to fire cannons.

What projectiles can I use?

The plugin supports a variety of projectile types. Configure which ones your cannons can fire in the config file. Different projectiles behave differently when they hit.

Do I need other plugins for this to work?

No, Cannons Plugin works standalone on any Bukkit or Spigot server. Optional plugins like CreeperHeal or Movecraft add extra features, but they're not required.

Cannons 2.0 adds support for custom .schematic designs, so you can build whatever cannon design you want and give each one unique settings.

How Cannons Work

Build your cannon from blocks, then place a barrel (the cannon’s firing part) where you want it to point. Load projectiles and gunpowder, then fire manually or trigger with redstone. The more gunpowder you load, the farther your projectiles travel. Stack a chest next to the barrel for auto-reload, or use a lever connected to redstone for remote firing.
