Broken World Map for Minecraft 1.21.1 and 1.20.1
Broken World Map is a SkyBlock map created by Rocco that gives you a fresh take on the classic SkyBlock formula. Instead of starting with basically nothing, you spawn on a small island with a tree, a chest, and enough supplies to actually get somewhere. The catch is you’re surrounded by a broken world made up of floating islands scattered across the void. Each island has its own loot and challenges to tackle.
The map is designed so you can explore and progress naturally. You’ll find obsidian blocks hidden around the islands, craft a Nether Portal, hunt down the End Portal, and ultimately face the Ender Dragon as your final goal. It’s way more interesting than vanilla SkyBlock because there’s actually stuff to find and do besides grinding with minimal resources.
What You’ll Find
Unlike standard SkyBlock where you’re isolated on one island, Broken World Map gives you multiple islands to explore. Each one has unique items and blocks that make progression easier. You’ll need to plan your routes, figure out which islands to hit first, and manage your inventory. The challenge is real but fair, not punishing.
How to Install
- Download the map file using the link below
- Extract the ZIP file if needed
- Open your .minecraft folder
- Go to the saves folder
- Drop the map folder inside
- Launch Minecraft and load the world

Minecraft Version Compatibility
Broken World Map works with Minecraft 1.21.1 and 1.20.1. It may not work correctly on other versions, so make sure you’re running one of these before loading the world. Map files are version-specific because of how game mechanics and block data change between releases.
