What resolution should I download?

128x is the sweet spot for most players. 256x looks better but needs more VRAM. If your PC handles it fine, go for 256x. Otherwise, 128x still looks a huge step up from vanilla.

Does this pack work with shaders?

Yes, this pack works with any shader mod. The screenshots show what it looks like with Shaders 10.1, but you can use it with any shader you prefer or without shaders at all.

Will this pack slow down my game?

The textures are optimized so performance impact is minimal. High resolution packs use more VRAM, but the actual rendering is about the same as vanilla. If you have less than 2GB of free RAM, stick with 128x.
