Installation Guide
Installation is simple. Download the pack, launch Minecraft, and go to Options. Click Resource Packs, then “Open Pack Folder”. Drop the downloaded file there and restart Minecraft. You’ll find Better Phantoms in your resource pack list. Click it to activate it.
