Zoesteria Biomes Mod

Zoesteria Biomes Mod (1.12.2) is an expansive biome mod for Minecraft that adds a ton of new, unique biomes!

There areÂ three major biomes, each with multiple subtypes, andÂ one minor biome:

Woodlands:

Low Woodlands:Â The most common variant. Only oak trees and at a higher density than the normal forest biome.
Woodlands Hills: Less common. Like the low woodlands but hillier.
High Woodlands:Â About as common as Woodlands Hills. Trees are less dense and the base height is higher. It is also slightly less sloped (though this is not conspicuous).
High Inhabited Woodlands:Â Less common than the high woodlands. Slightly lower base height (not noticeably) and villages can spawn.
Low Spruce Woodlands:Â The least common by much, this biome is like the low woodlands, but the temperature is slightly lower and all of the trees are the Minecraft spruce tree (uses “WorldGenTaiga2”)

Northern Alps:

Northern Alps:Â The normal “alps” biome.Â Higher than extreme hills, and occasionally has rock instead of deep snow at the top. No trees spawn here. The only mobs that can spawn are skeletons.
Northern Snow Alps:Â (“Northern Alps” before a1.1)Â LikeÂ Northern Alps, but with a snow layer on top and has boulders of stone that spawn.
Northern Snow Subalpine Alps:Â Lower biome which can also generate trees. In addition to skeletons, wolves and sheep can spawn here.
Northern Subalpine Alps:Â Like Northern Snow Subalpine Alps but slightly hillier and slightly lower, and no snow layer will spawn here.

Wasteland Flats:

Wasteland Flats: Flat biome covered in dead soil with occasional swamp trees. No peaceful mobs spawn here.
Wasteland Flats Slopes: Hillier version of Wasteland Flats
Wasteland Flats Trees:Â Like Wasteland Flats but dead bush spawn and there are more trees. Pigs can sometimes spawn here.
Wasteland Flats Oasis: Completely different to the regular wasteland flats: Made of grass, wet soil, and water. Palm trees and “Oasis Trees” spawn here in addition to small shrubs and dirt mounds. Animals spawn here as normal.
