Upstream Mod (1.16.5) is a river overhaul mod that removes the old vanilla river generation and replaces it with new endless and wider rivers, introducing more variation into water flow throughout Minecraft worlds. The majesty of nature in Minecraft always brings something in every player, with mountains taking on majestic shapes; The vast forests of life and the enormous and fanciful oceans make the game more interesting. However, rivers are boring because they do not offer any danger or excitement; they can be crossed easily and often form borders between lands. With the appearance of Upstream Mod, it seemed as though the river was getting more attention, and the rivers were now crafted entirely differently from their vanilla counterparts: smaller flows and rips created an even more unique experience. However, This mod aims to make the rivers look better and feel more natural while keeping the vanilla feel.
