It is used to visually customize your armor using a Smithing Table and there are 16 different variations of armor trim in the game. How to get Tide Armor Trim in Survival Mode

You can add Tide Armor Trim to your inventory in Survival mode from an Ocean Monument. So, let’s get started!

1. Find an Ocean Monument

First, you need to find an Ocean Monument in Minecraft. An Ocean Monument is a structure that spawns naturally in the game. It looks like a water temple and is found underwater in the Deep Ocean, Deep Lukewarm Ocean and Deep Cold Ocean biomes.

Here is a picture of what an Ocean Monument looks like:

TIP: Try using the /locate command to quickly find an Ocean Monument!

2. Find and Kill an Elder Guardian

Next, look around the Ocean Monument until you find an elder guardian.

Once you find an elder guardian, you need to attack it. When you attack the elder guardian, it will turn pink as it takes damage.

Continue to attack the elder guardian. The elder guardian will disappear when it is killed.

When the elder guardian is killed, there is a good chance that it will drop Tide Armor Trim. You can use Tide Armor Trim to visually customize your armor using a Smithing Table.

TIP: When the Tide Armor Trim is dropped, it will float upwards and almost appear as if it is trapped inside the roof of the Ocean Monument.

If Tide Armor Trim is not dropped, look for another elder guardian and try again.

Congratulations, you’ve now learned how to add Tide Armor Trim to your inventory.
