Within five minutes, the infected entity will either turn into a full-fledged zombie or succumb to the infection.
When a player falls victim to the infection and doesn’t manage to find a cure in time, the outcome is grim yet intriguing. The infected player dies, only to rise again as a zombie. This zombified version retains all items and gear, continuing the legacy of the fallen. While the default cure is a golden apple, the mod allows for customization in this aspect, allowing players to determine the item required for the cure.
Zombie players come with an interesting twist – they are immune to sunlight by default, allowing them to roam both day and night. For those seeking an extra challenge, this immunity can be disabled in the configuration settings.
