Sculk Worm Mod

Sculk Worm Mod (1.19.3, 1.18.1) adds a new sculk-themed mob into the game: the Sculk Worm. The worm has 260 health and does 14 damage by default (Normal Difficulty). The worm is blind but can detect vibrations across its entire body, once it senses enough vibrations it will become hostile and begin attacking the player(s) that it heard (like the Warden basically). It has the ability to tunnel into solid materials, but will avoid digging into metals, bricks, and wools. It will avoid hazards like fire, lava, and high drops. Currently it ignores vibrations from other mobs with the exception of tamed animals/pets. It can also grab and pull you into the ground to another cave to separate you from your friends and disorient you. The worm doesn’t cheat in regards to its movement, it will tunnel into the ground and move to its target (no teleporting or flying in air), this means you can go into spectator mode and watch it which is pretty neat! The worm is basically a Terraria worm entity but for Minecraft. The worm leaves behind Sculk Slime which applies the Darkness and Weakness status effects to entities that touch it. You can use a silk touch hoe to obtain it and use it as a decoration. The worm can be spawned by triggering naturally spawning Sculk Slime in the Deep Dark biome. Only 1 worm can be spawned by Sculk Slime within an area (again, like the Warden), and naturally spawned worms will not pursue targets above Y-Level 0. Manually spawned worms have no limitations. Killing the worm will drop Sculk Mucus, a new item which applies Weakness to the player holding it. Sculk Mucus can be used as wax or crafted with a diamond helment to create a Sculk Crown helmet. The Sculk Crown gives the wearer the ability to detect movement vibrations of hostile entities – you can see the location of hostile entities through walls.
