Planetary World Map 1.12.2, 1.12 for Minecraft is a survival map created by herrul. This map will bring you to a wonderful journey through a world which is in sky island style. The important part is, you will have to gather many different resources that may only be found in different planetoids to survive. You can also go to the shopkeeper Woody to buy items that will help you. Download the map from the link below and try to survive.
