Penny Arcade Mod

Penny Arcade Mod 1.7.10 adds (mainly) a Penny Pusher, like the ones you find in arcades, along with a currency of gold coins couple of other features to spend your coins on. Then, you can trade with Librarians (still trying to get custom villagers to work) for extra prizes. This mod also comes with some config options for changing the rates at which you can get coins/prizes.

This mod adds in special slot machines that you can gamble with at the chance of winning diamonds, emeralds, or even toy prizes.

Crafting Recipes:

Gold Coin: This is a new currency introduced in the mod. It is what you use in the machines.

Penny Pusher(s):

There are two different variants of the Arcade Machine, which you can win coins by inserting some in the first place. You can also get up to four prizes, which are:

  • A Diamond
  • An Emerald
  • The maximum amount of gold coins (configurable)
  • An Emerald Token

This mod also comes with a config file to change prize/coin rates etc.

Claw Machine

The Claw Machine allows you to use your gold coins to try and win some prizes, which are:

  • Enderman Toy
  • Creeper Toy
  • Pig Toy

Right click with gold coins to try and win a prize. The chance of getting prizes is also configurable.

Pinball Machine

Take three goes at trying to win coins, tokens or other cool goodies! Your prize is determined by your final score.

Fruit Machine

Try to get three images of the same kind in a row. Depending on the image, you will win prizes!

Emerald Tokens

Emerald Tokens are a premium currency that can be won in Penny Pushers OR Traded for with villagers. They are used to buy toys or in an Emerald Pusher.

Emerald Pusher

Emerald Pushers are similar to Penny Pushers, but use Emerald Tokens instead. The prizes are:

  • A Diamond Block
  • An Emerald Block
  • Max amount of Emerald Tokens

The Out of Order Machine is a creative-only block that, as the name suggests, is out of order. Don’t try and put your coins in, or you’ll get a nasty surprise!

Toys and Trading

Emerald Tokens can be traded with a Coin Villager for custom prizes, but mainly toys. The Toys, which are:

  • Enderman Toy
  • Creeper Toy
  • Pig Toy
  • Rubix Cube (Currently does nothing)

All make sound effects (apart from the Rubix Cube). The custom villager dons a purple/blue robe (but currently doesn’t spawn naturally).
