Passive Shield Mod
Passive Shield Mod (1.20.4, 1.19.4) changes the mechanics of the Shield. In recent versions of Minecraft, a new combat mechanism has been added; instead of using a sword to block, you will have to have a shield. It’s about time every player has to adapt to that new PvP style, and to make things even more interesting, and the Passive Shield Mod adds a new feature to the Shield! It will not be rendered when a shield is held in the offhand and not in use. And Shield will only show up when you right-click to activate it; if Shield is not activated, it will be switched to a passive state, while in an inactive state, it will still protect you from some damage. However, with the new Shield mechanism, you can have more ways to fight monsters; using the Shield properly will save you from many battles.
