This is about to change with the More Variants Village & Pillage addon. More Variants Village & Pillage Addon (1.20) introduces new outfits for villagers in biomes that previously lacked custom skins, bringing greater variety to your Minecraft world.

It also adds new outfits to pillagers in all biomes where villagers have customized skin.
