Mobs n Crops Mod 1.16.5 is a huge additional package for the original game with many new plants, seeds as well as edibles, and biomes for players to explore and cook. As the average Minecraft player progresses through the game, they soon reach the endgame and clear all the interesting contents of the game. Subsequently, the only reasonable content left in the endgame would be cooking and farming new items and edibles to an absurd amount.
