In the Brewing Stand menu, you place ingredients in the top box and the potions are created in the bottom three boxes.

To make a Lingering Potion of Strength (2:00), you will need 1 Splash Potion of Strength (8:00) and 1 Dragon’s Breath.

Place the Splash Potion of Strength (8:00) in one of the bottom boxes in the Brewing Stand menu. Then add the Dragon’s Breath to the top box.
