- Barn: Spawns an awesome barn for you with custom blocks.
- Waterbase: Spawn a base for you to place underwater.
- Tower: Spawns a tower which you use to defend mobs off.
- Armoury: Spawns a house for your blacksmith activities.
- Spawners: Spawns houses with zombie and skeleton spawners in them.
- Farm: Spawns a quick and easy farm.
- Netherhouse: Spawn a decorated house with a netherportal inside.
- Villa: Spawns a beautiful villa for you to live in.
- Castle: Spawns an epic castle with a throne for you to rule the world.
