Horrible Night Data Pack (1.20.2, 1.19.4) is a Minecraft data pack that brings a new level of challenge to the game. It introduces a unique mechanic where a night can become a Corrupted Night, making monsters tougher and stronger, and rewarding players with different loots. This feature adds an element of surprise and excitement to the gameplay. Features:
- Corrupted Night: The data pack introduces a unique mechanic where a night can become a Corrupted Night, making monsters tougher and stronger, and rewarding players with different loots.
- Affected Mobs: The data pack affects a variety of mobs during a Corrupted Night, including Zombie, Husk, Drowned, Zombie Villager, Skeleton, Stray, Creeper, Spider and Cave Spider, Pillager, Ravager, Vindicator, Evoker, Phantom, Slime, Witch, and Warden.
- Loot Drops: During a Corrupted Night, affected mobs drop a variety of items when killed by a player, including emeralds, iron ingots, gold ingots, diamonds, netherite scraps, golden apples, and bottles o’ enchanting.
- New Boss – Corrupted Angel: The data pack introduces a new boss, the Corrupted Angel, which spawns during a Corrupted Night. The Corrupted Angel has three phases, each with different abilities and effects.
- Boss Loot Drops: Killing the Corrupted Angel rewards players with a variety of items, including loot from a random End City treasure chest, Totem of Undying, Nether Star, Bottles o’ Enchanting, Phantom membrane, and Enchanted Golden Apples.
- End of Corrupted Night: When the Corrupted Night ends (new day starts), all the monster mobs affected by the Corrupted Night will disappear and drop no loot. Players are encouraged to get as many loot as they can before the Corrupted Night ends.
