Glow Lichen to Glow Mushroom Resource Pack (1.20.6, 1.20.1) simply replaces the texture and the 3d model of the glow lichen. Moreover, it also adds the luminous mushrooms which provides a slightly more visually aesthetic environment. Although this pack can be used without Optifine. However, the biggest advantage when using Optifine is that it is also adapted to have an emissive texture.
