Extra Cells 2 Mod
Extra Cells 2 Mod 1.12.2, 1.10.2 is an addon mod for the popular Applied Energistics 2 mod and seeks to supplement the mod (a complex storage network system that automates crafting processes and much more) in areas where it is still lacking, with a few more useful features, such as fluid storage, considerably larger storage cards, the Blast resistant ME Drive, the Certus Quartz Tank and much more.

The Fluid Storage Housing is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. It works similarly to the Storage Cell Housing from Applied Energistics 2.
The Advanced Storage Housing (formely known as Advanced Storage Cell Housing) is an item added by Extra Cells 2. The Housing is a component used to craft an ME Storage Cell, it is designed to hold various size memory core component. ‘Shift+Right-clicking’ an already assembled Storage Cell while holding it, will separate it’s core from the housing. Any of the 4 larger size core Component may then be inserted into the housing.
256k ME Storage Component is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. It is a crafting component used to create an ME 256k Storage cell.
1024k ME Storage Component is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. It is a crafting component used to create an ME 1024k Storage cell.
4096k ME Storage Component is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod.It is a crafting component used to create an ME 4096k Storage cell.
16384k ME Storage Component is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod.It is a crafting component used to create an ME 16384k Storage cell.
The Blast resistant ME Drive is a reinforced ME Drive added by Extra Cells. It has a very high blast resistance, protecting its contents from most explosions. In exchange for this extra durability, the Blast resistant ME Drive can only hold 3 cells. In all other respects it behaves as an ME Drive; see that block’s article for more information.
There is a bug where the Blast resistant Drive can cause items put into the ME network to disappear. Confirmed on multiple worlds and saves to happen.
The Certus Quartz Tank (formely known as ME Certus Tank) is a block added by the Extra Cells 2 and Extra Cells mods. It may be placed to use as a liquid holding Tank with a capacity of 32,000 mB (32 buckets) and also used in crafting. Easily removed with a Wrench.

The ME 256k Storage is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. The fifth tier ME Storage Cell can hold 32,512 stacks of a single item, or 16,640 stacks of 63 different items. Inserted into an ME Drive, ME Chest or ME IO Port, data can be stored on the Cell from the ME Network. The ME 256k Storage could be formatted using an ME Performatter. Shift+Right-click in hand to separate its Storage Component from the Advanced Storage Housing.
The ME 1024k Storage is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. The sixth tier ME Storage Cell can hold 130,048 stacks of a single item, or 66,560 stacks of 63 different items. Inserted into an ME Drive, ME Chest or ME IO Port, data can be stored on the Cell from the ME Network. The ME 1024k Storage can be formatted using an ME Performatter. Shift+Right-click in hand to separate its Storage Component from the Advanced Storage Housing.
The ME 4096k Storage is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. The seventh tier ME Storage Cell can hold 520,192 stacks of a single item, or 266,240 stacks of 63 different items. Inserted into an ME Drive, ME Chest or ME IO Port, data can be stored on the Cell from the ME Network. The ME 4096k Storage can be formatted using an ME Performatter. Shift+Right-click in hand to separate its Storage Component from the Advanced Storage Housing.

The ME 16384k Storage is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. The eighth tier ME Storage Cell can hold 2,080,768 stacks of a single item, or 1,064,960 stacks of 63 different items. Inserted into an ME Drive, ME Chest or ME IO Port, data can be stored on the Cell from the ME Network. The ME 16384k Storage can be formatted using an ME Performatter. Shift+Right-click in hand to separate its Storage Component from the Advanced Storage Housing.
ME Drive Fixture is an item added by the Extra Cells mod. It is a panel form of the Applied Energistics 2 ME Drive. While the ME Drive can hold 10 drives, the ME Drive Fixture can only hold 6 drives.
ME Energy Cell Fixture is an item added by the Extra Cells mod. It is a panel form of the Applied Energistics 2 Energy Cell.
ME Fluid Assembler is a block added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. It works similarly to the Molecular Assembler from Applied Energistics 2. In addition, it can craft items that require a bucket of liquid using liquid stored in a ME network, without the need of a bucket, or a Fluid Transposer.
ME Auto Filler is an item added by the Extra Cells 2 mod. Whenever a bucket of certain liquid is requested, it automatically fills a bucket from the ME network with the liquid. A player needs to have 1000 mB of the liquid available in the ME network.
The ME Fluid Export Bus is an item added by Extra Cells. It will attempt to push the configured fluid into the attached fluid, such as a Portable Tank. To configure a fluid, put a bucket of the fluid in the square slot. The rate of export can be set with different levels of power consumption.
The ME Fluid Export bus has many potential uses, such as supplying lava to Magmatic Dynamos or Mob Essence to Auto-Spawners.
Tip: Works Great with a Drum, or Portable Tank as a buffer; export into the buffer and distribute to target using Fluiduct or Fluid Pipe.
The ME Fluid Interface is an item added by Extra Cells.
As the name implies it will interface between the ME Network and fluid storage and transport systems, such as Fluiduct, Tank and Drum.
Each side may be independently configured to a different fluid. The fluid to be exported is set by placing a bucket of that fluid in the empty slot corresponding to that side
From left to right, the slots for each face are down, up, North, South, West, and East. You can also see this information by hovering your cursor over the rectangular slot, which represents the internal buffer of 10,000 mB or 10 buckets.
The ME Fluid Level Emitter is a Configurable Block added by Extra Cells
Emits a Redstone Signal depending on the quantity levels of a certain Fluid type within the ME Network
Using a Wrench Right-click to adjust the direction the signal is facing
The ME Fluid Storage Monitor is a machine added by Extra Cells. It indicates the amount of a particular fluid stored in the ME Network.
The player sets the desired liquid to be displayed by right-clicking it with a bucket of that liquid in hand
Fluid quantities will be displayed as mB, B and KiloB, as the quantity increase. Sneaking while pointing at the Monitor will display a more accurate reading in B (buckets)
The ME Ore Dictionary Export Bus is an item added by Extra Cells. It will attempt to push the configured Item/Fluid [From Same Ore Dictionary] from ME Network into a machine or other input inventory. To configure a Item/Liquid, Type In the Item’s Name [E.g. If You want To Export all Ores Put “ore*”]. The rate of export is Very Fast.
Tip: Works Great As an Automated Ore Smelter For ME System.
