Hostility Level (Hostile)

An endermite is a hostile mob. The termÂ mobÂ is short forÂ mobileÂ and is used to refer to all living, moving creatures in the game such as chickens, creepers, and endermites. Because an endermite is a hostile mob, it will attack you in Survival mode but not Creative mode.

When you are in the End dimension, endermites will sometimes spawn when endermen teleport. Endermites will also spawn sometimes if youÂ teleport using an ender pearl. This makes teleportation dangerous in the End dimension.
