Discordcraft Mod
DiscordCraft Mod (1.12.2) adds a Discord Rich Presence, This will show is you are in the main menu or in Single/Multiplayer. This will support every mod and will use the dimension name provided by the mod itself.
This Miscellaneous mod helps other players have a good grasp of where you are in the game. You will be displayed in the main menu. Or, it will show that you are in Single or Multiplayer. Everything will be easy to view. The mod also supports other mods. It utilizes the names of the dimensions that are given by those mods. The mod brings a more beatified name to the dimensions such as Vanilla dimensions, Hunting dimensions, and Twilight Forest.

Currently it adds a more beatified name for the following dimension:
- Vanilla dimensions.
- Hunting dimension.
- Twilight Forest.
- RFTools: This will also add the name the dimension got given in the Rich Presence.
- Galacticraft: Shown planets, moons and even when on a space station.
