Difficult Caves Mod

Difficult Caves Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) makes hostile mobs stronger as you descend below the surface. All zombies have a small chance of having knockback resistance.

Features:

Above ground:

• Skeletons have a small chance of wielding a wooden sword

At stone level:

• Skeletons can wield a stone pickaxe, a wooden sword, and a power 1 bow
• Skeletons can have leather armor
• Zombies can wield a stone pickaxe or a stone sword
• Zombies can have leather and gold armor

At deepslate level:

• Skeletons can wield an iron pickaxe, an iron sword, and a power 1 or punch 1 bow
• Skeletons can have leather and chainmail armor
• Zombies can wield an iron pickaxe, an iron sword, a stone pickaxe, and a stone sword
• Zombies can have gold and chainmail armor
• Creepers have a small chance of being fast
• Spiders have a small chance of being invisible

Exact Chances:

All levels:

• Zombies have a 15% chance of 50% knockback resistance

Above Ground: (y 60+)

• Skeletons have a 10% chance to spawn with a wooden sword

Stone Caves: (y 60-0)

• Skeletons have a 15% chance to spawn with a stone pickaxe
• Skeletons have a 10% chance to spawn with a wooden sword and speed 1
• Skeletons have 5% chance to spawn with a power 1 bow
• Skeletons have a 25% chance to spawn with leather armor
• Zombies have a 20% chance to spawn with a stone pickaxe
• Zombies have a 10% chance to spawn with a stone sword
• Zombies have a 25% chance to spawn with leather armor
• Zombies have a 15% chance to spawn with gold armor

Deepslate Caves: (y 0-)

• Skeletons have a 15% chance to spawn with an iron pickaxe
• Skeletons have a 10% chance to spawn with an iron sword and speed 1
• Skeletons have a 7% chance to spawn with a power 1 bow
• Skeletons have a 7% chance to spawn with a punch 1 bow
• Skeletons have a 25% chance to spawn with chainmail armor
• Skeletons have a 15% chance to spawn with leather armor
• Zombies have a 15% chance to spawn with an iron pickaxe
• Zombies have a 10% chance to spawn with an iron sword
• Zombies have a 10% chance to spawn with a stone pickaxe
• Zombies have a 5% chance to spawn with a stone sword
• Zombies have a 30% chance to spawn with chainmail armor
• Zombies have a 20% chance to spawn with gold armor
• Spiders have a 20% chance to spawn with invisibility
• Creepers have a 20% chance to spawn with 40% increased speed
