Darkwooly Mod
The DarkWooly Mod (1.21, 1.20.1) introduces a new component into the game that makes it easier for players to obtain various kinds of wool by killing sheep. You will always get Wool in Minecraft Vanilla if you use shears to harvest sheep or kill them, but the color of the wool you get will depend on the color of the sheep, which can make it challenging at times to find the right Wool. However, once the DarkWooly Mod has been installed, using a Diamond Sword on a sheep will result in the wool having a different color. If you can only find white sheep, but you want other types of wool, what should you do? no problem! Simply using a diamond sword on them will give you the opportunity to acquire wool of a variety of colors. If you use a Diamond Sword on a sheep while it is on fire, you will obtain terracotta in a variety of colors. When you use a Diamond Sword on a sheep while it is submerged in water, you will obtain concrete of varying colors.
