Custom Mobs Data Pack
Custom Mobs Data Pack (1.20.2, 1.19.4) is a Minecraft data pack that brings a new level of immersion to the game. It introduces 8 new custom mobs, each with their own unique spawn locations and drops. These mobs range from the relatively simple Ghost found deep in caves, to the formidable Ender Titan located in end highland. Each mob offers a unique challenge and a special reward for defeating it. The data pack is designed to provide players with a unique and engaging gameplay experience, offering a new way to interact with the Minecraft world. Enjoy playing this data pack!
Features:
- New Custom Mobs: The data pack introduces 8 new custom mobs, including the Ghost, Vampire, Wizard, Paladin, Soul Creature, Watcher, Ender Titan, and Frost Lord (Mini-boss). Each mob has unique abilities and drops.
- Unique Spawn Locations: Each mob spawns in its own unique biome, adding variety to the gameplay and exploration experience.
- Special Rewards: Each mob offers a special reward for defeating it, ranging from powerful Ethereal Arrows dropped by Ghosts to pieces of the new armor set, Endermian Armor, dropped by the Ender Titan.
- Stronghold Mini Rework: The data pack introduces a mini rework for strongholds, making them more challenging to explore. Mobs inside strongholds have been buffed, and players can no longer mine or break blocks in strongholds until the Ender Dragon has been defeated.
- Important Commands: The data pack includes important commands that allow players to summon any of the custom mobs, locate an arena where the Frost Lord can be fought, and give players the loot tables for most of the mobs:
- /function r:summon/… – will summon any of the custom mobs.
- /locate structure r:litch_arena – will locate an arena where the frost lord can be fought.
- /loot give @s loot r:… – will give you the loot tables for most the mobs (some mobs however, don’t have loot tables and instead drop their held items as loot, to get their loot, you can spawn them and kill them).
- To use creative whilst using this data pack you will need to tag yourself with the tag mod, this can be done by using the command /tag @s add mod. This will also prevent mobs from ‘warping’ or ‘grabbing’ you and allows you to break and place blocks in the stronghold without defeating the ender dragon.
