Cult Of The Wither Mod

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) adds new powerful villains to the game — followers of the Wither cult! Their lairs are located deep underground, and you will have to fight them, but only if you are ready to face the fast and deadly Reapers, the slow but powerful Harvesters, or the Pietors, who always gather in large crowds. Can you stop a secret underground cult from summoning the Wither?

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 1

Features:

Mobs

Pietor

  • Slow and weak, but strong in numbers.
  • The Pietor is the average cultist, using it’s Witherstone Dagger it deals a moderate amount of damage plus added decay, often they group in large numbers to swarm the player. These Withagers drop lapis, or rarely, witherstone and spawn in Withager Mansions (currently).

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 2

Reaper

  • Fast, strong, and fatal when together.
  • The Reaper is the main guard force of the cult. They are fast and hard hitting like Vindicators, but with an added decay effect per hit with their Witherstone Sickles. They can drop emeralds, and can spawn in Withager Mansions or Witherstone Mineshafts (currently).

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 3

Harvester

  • Slow but powerful.
  • The Harvester spawns rarely at night, and although it’s slow, when it gets a hit in with it’s large Witherstone Scythe, it can be near fatal. But do not worry as for one to spawn the world must be at least 3 full days old. They can drop emeralds, witherstone and rarely wither skulls.

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 4

Hewer

  • Keep their heads down and mine.
  • Hewers are neutral mobs and wont actively seek you out. They drop many useful resources for the miner whose down on their luck, such as cobbled deepslate, coal, raw iron, and iron pickaxes, they also very rarely drop witherstone. They roam the shafts of the Witherstone Mineshaft, mining day in and day out for the Cult and the Corrier on the side.

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 5

Corrier

  • The Emerald Tycoon.
  • The Corrier is tall and formidable. He has a lot of health and when attacked his Butlers will come to his aid, while he gets away to drink regeneration potions. He spawns exclusively in his Estate, and when killed will drop emeralds, and witherstone.

Cult of the Wither Mod (1.19.2) - A Secret Underground Cult 6

Butler

  • Obedient servants of the Corrier.
  • The Butlers aren’t too powerful on their own, however when they band together they can smash your health down to zero. They spawn via spawners in the Corrier’s Estate, if your not careful they can easily get out of hand and make the Corrier’s bossfight a nightmare to complete. Luckily the Corrier doesn’t care too much for his Butlers and wont attack you if you attack his Butlers. The Butlers don’t drop anything, so it’s not very useful to keep their spawners active.

Blocks

  • Dark Pots: In structures you can find Dark Pots which when broken drop specific loot depending on the image on them, you can also craft a Dark Pot with 4 nether bricks.
  • Coffers: In some structures you can find these stone crates, within them you can find iron, diamonds and even witherstone.
  • Wither Sockets: Within the puzzle rooms of the Withers Garden you may find wither sockets, to get their loot you must deactivate them via redstone, they can drop many goodies like iron, diamonds, witherstone and even a new disc.
  • Respawner: With 4 Witherstone Alloy, 4 Witherstone, and one lapis block you can make the Respawner. When right clicked with another Lapis Block, it will set your spawnpoint, like a bed, however when you break the block, it keeps your spawnpoint where the respawner was facing.
  • Witherstone Blocks: Using Witherstone you can make a block with either a cut or chiseled variant, deco only.

Structures

  • Withager Mansion: Towards the surface you can find the great Withager Mansion, the living space of the Cult. You can find food, resources, and monsters. With long hallways and staircases full of Pietors and Reapers this place is sure to unsettle and challenge the average adventurer.
  • Witherstone Mineshaft: Deep within the deepslate layers you can find the sprawling Witherstone Mineshaft, here is where the Cult gathers all their resources. You can find ore deposits, Hewers and Reapers within the many long shafts of the mine, although most of the witherstone has either been given to the cult or auctioned off by the Corrier, so you wont find as much Witherstone here.
  • Corrier’s Estate: In deep in the old growth birch forests you can find the old Corrier’s Estate. Here you can find the Corrier himself, and his Butlers. Theres few resources in the house, for the main focus is the Corrier boss fight. The Corrier and his Butlers are neutral by default, until you attack the Corrier, then they all go on the attack, without the proper preparation this fight can be deadly.
  • Wither’s Garden: Hidden deep within the crust hides the maze-like Wither’s Garden, within lies the many secrets of the Cult and they won’t want them getting out! Inside you can find the Garrisor along with the Torchbaron, together with the Reapers and Wither Skeletons they are sure to provide quite the challenge. The Garden is full of tricks and traps, and is made to confuse travelers, keep your eyes peeled and your mind sharp.
