Concurrent Chunk Management Engine Mod

Minecraft is, in many parts, singlethreaded, which is often a bottleneck. That’s why modders often try to optimise the game by parallelising tasks like chunkloading or tick execution. Concurrent Chunk Management Engine Mod (1.20.4, 1.19.4) is one such project, which replaces the chunk loading engine of Minecraft to use multiple Threads. With C2ME enabled, the Frametimes are much lower and more consistent. Equally, the Tick Time is considerably lower and more consistent as well. Of course, loading a world is an extreme scenario, but it aptly demonstrates the importance and use of using multiple threads to load chunks to increase both client and server performance.
