Do I need the full BuildCraft mod to use BuildCraft Builders?

Yes. The Builders Module requires BuildCraft Core and the main BuildCraft mod to function. Install those first, then add the Builders Module jar to your mods folder.

Can I use BuildCraft Builders with other building mods?

Generally yes. BuildCraft is compatible with most mods, but check the mod description and forums if you run into issues with specific mods like WorldEdit or other automation mods.

What's the difference between the Builder block and the Architect Table?

The Architect Table lets you create and save schematics of existing structures. The Builder block takes those schematics and builds them automatically when powered. They work together as a system.

Does the Quarry get all ores down to bedrock?

Yes. Mark your quarry area and power it up. It mines everything down to Y-level 0. Make sure you have enough power and storage for all the blocks it'll produce.

BuildCraft Builders Module 1.12.2, 1.11.2

The BuildCraft Builders Module is the mining and building half of the BuildCraft mod. If you want automated quarries, smart builders, and tools for copying structures, this is what you need. It works alongside BuildCraft Core to give you serious control over landscape manipulation and construction.

What’s Included

Quarry

Sets up a mining area and automatically digs everything down to bedrock. Just power it and let it run. You get all the ores and blocks in the marked region without touching a pickaxe.

Filler

Fills large areas with a block of your choice. Useful for terraforming, building platforms, or just leveling terrain fast. Saves way more time than hand-placing blocks.

Builder

This is the big one. Give it a schematic and power, and it builds the structure automatically. It grabs blocks from adjacent inventories and places them exactly where they need to go. Perfect for massive builds.

Architect Table

Save and load building schematics. Map out complex structures and reuse them whenever you want. Great for building copies of the same thing across your world.

Electronic Library

Store and organize your building plans digitally. Access your schematics from any Electronic Library in the world.
