FoxLib Mod Overview

FoxLib is a library mod designed to help other modders build better mods. It comes packed with useful classes, methods, and template code that save developers time. On top of that, it completely overhauls Minecraft’s skull rendering, adding proper 3D hair layers and fixing the inventory display so skulls actually look good.

Better Skull Rendering

The default skull rendering in Minecraft is pretty basic. FoxLib replaces it with a much better version that shows hair layers in 3D, both in your inventory and in the world. Your custom skulls will look way more detailed.

Requirements

FoxLib requires Minecraft Forge for your version of Minecraft. Install Forge first, then add FoxLib to your mods folder.

2. Find your mods folder. It’s at .minecraft/mods
3. Drop the FoxLib jar file into that folder
4. Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile
