Iron Jetpacks Fabric Mod is a fully customizable jetpack mod for Fabric. Create your own jetpacks by tweaking JSON config files. Everything is configurable: speed, fuel type, energy usage, appearance. You can use the default jetpacks or build custom ones from scratch.

Features

Fully Configurable

All jetpacks are defined in JSON files. Want to change how fast a jetpack goes? Tweak one number. Want to add a new jetpack? Copy a JSON file and edit it. Simple as that.

Energy Powered

Jetpacks run on energy, not durability. Fill them up with power and fly. Different jetpacks use different amounts of fuel, so you can balance speed against battery drain.

Custom Jetpacks

The mod comes with default jetpacks, but you can add your own. Just make a new JSON file in the config folder and the game will recognize it. No coding required.

How to Use

Making Custom Jetpacks

The config files are in ../config/iron-jetpacks/jetpacks. Here’s how to make a custom one:

Copy one of the default jetpack JSON files
Rename the file to something new
Open it and change the “name” value inside (use lowercase with underscores for spaces)
Change other values like speed, energy cost, and flight time if you want
Save and load the game. Your new jetpack should appear
