How does the learning system work?

RTP Plugin remembers failed teleport locations and learns from them. Each time it hits a bad spot, the next teleportation gets statistically faster because bad locations are filtered out. This improves over time as the plugin learns your world.

Yes. The plugin supports async chunk loading and async randomization on Paper servers. It also queues location loading to spread the performance impact over time instead of spiking on each teleport.
