Do I need Forge to use Ping Mod?

Yes, Ping Mod requires Minecraft Forge for your version. Install Forge first, then drop the mod file in your mods folder. You don't need to edit any config files.

Will this mod work with other mods?

How do I see pings from other players?

When teammates send a ping, you'll see it as a marker in the world and on your HUD. You can see it from anywhere on the map. If you're far away, the ping still appears but directed towards where it came from.
