Can I use Simple Fluid Generators in regular survival?

Yes. While it's designed for Skyblock, it works perfectly fine in regular survival worlds. It just makes resource gathering a lot faster.

How do I make the generators produce faster?

Place a diamond block directly under the generator. This speeds up production by 10 times, letting you fill tanks much quicker.

Do I fill tanks with buckets or do they work automatically?

Tanks fill automatically when placed on top of a generator. When full, right-click with an empty bucket to fill it with the liquid inside.
